The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 upgrades everyday home monitoring with a 4MP sensor delivering crisp 2.5K resolution (2560 x 1440) through a wide-aperture 6P lens. A dual-motor pan-tilt base gives the camera a full 360° sweep, and 940nm infrared night vision keeps footage clear after dark without the telltale red glow older cameras give off.

Built-in AI human detection identifies people rather than passing shadows or pets, then automatically pans and zooms to follow them across the frame, so recorded clips stay focused on what matters. Two-way audio with noise reduction lets conversations carry clearly over a distance of up to 5 meters, and the camera works with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Mi Smart Clock for flexible smart home control.

Video is protected end-to-end by a dedicated Xiaomi security chip, with footage saved to a microSD card (up to 256GB) or backed up to the cloud using efficient H.265 encoding. Dual-band Wi-Fi keeps the connection stable, and the camera can be mounted flat or inverted depending on where it's placed.
